Can you help me turn this into a spreadsheet?

[Updated.] Some of my smart readers very quickly created the spreadsheet I sought. And now I have the answer to my question: An employee in Atlanta sent his "I quit" e-mail to nearly 4,700 other employees -- and possibly many more. (Worldwide, there are about 31,000 employees.)

My original post: Several readers have forwarded an e-mail that includes thousands of employee names in the "to" field, formatted as follows: Hopkins, Jim; Smith, John; Jones, Mary and so on.

I'd now like to import these names into a spreadsheet, using the semicolons as a separator for each line. But I don't know how to accomplish this. I've saved the names to this Google document.

Memo: Gannett Offset chief Washburn said retiring

A reader reports this executive change in an e-mail, which includes a new memo from USA Today Publisher Dave Hunke, disclosing the retirement of Dennis Washburn as president of Gannett's commercial printing division, Gannett Offset. The full text appears below.

The memo, apparently distributed yesterday, doesn't identify Washburn's replacement; Hunke says only, "I will be back to you shortly with more details on the organization structure for Gannett Offset as we go forward." (Note: It's news to me that Hunke's responsibilities appear to include the printing division.)

Dennis will continue to be available to support me during a transition period over the next 90 days. St. Cloud | Printing said moving to Minneapolis

Speculation is mounting that Minnesota's St. Cloud Times is about to announce plans that it will shutter its press, and move production to the Gannett Offset site, 51 miles southeast, in the suburban Minneapolis community of Maple Grove.

Citing a reported employee meeting yesterday, a tipster says printing may cease in St. Cloud on June 26. "Eleven press people are said to be losing their jobs,'' my tipster says, adding, no one knew if the reported move would "trickle down" to mailroom or packaging.

Only Sunday, the Coloradoan silenced the roar of its "mighty beast," printing its last issue at Fort Collins, and shifting production to the Denver Newspaper Agency. It became the ninth GCI paper to junk a press in the past 18 months.
