KTHV | Just-hired news anchor killed in car crash

Matt Turner joined the CBS affiliate in Little Rock only last month, the station said, in announcing his Saturday night death after a crash in Benton, southwest of the city. He was 32.

State police said his vehicle ran off Interstate 30 and hit a highway sign, according to the station.
