  2. Notice the elimination of the word "success" from the "Gannett story" in Robin's announcement vs Tara's?

    I sure did.

    Curiouser and curiouser....

  3. Unless I'm mistaken, Corporate has once more churned out a press release introducing a new executive. And they don't list an age for her -- or am I missing it?

  4. Does it really matter who is giving out bad news??? Who really cares? Certainly not the employees............

  5. Pathetic.

Let's hope she'll be better at communicating Gannett's "story" with us than Tara ever did.

  7. The release says she will be responsible for the company's Internet sites. I assome that does not include the newspaper, etc., websites. Those presumably will be in Connell's portfolio, under ContentOne and the growing number of production hubs. See latest consolidation in Ohio.

Please keep your posts focused on Gannett and media-related subjects. Note that I occasionally review comments in advance, to reject inappropriate ones. And I ignore hostile posters, and recommend you do, too."
