USAT editor caught in Kelley flap named to AP post

One of the senior USA Today editors who lost his job in the Jack Kelley scandal has been named business news editor of the Associated Press. The news service announced former USAT Managing Editor Hal Ritter's promotion today. He had been acting business editor for three months, and succeeds Kevin Noblet.
