Cutlines Only: The Clarion-Ledger

Mississippi's public university students can expect to pay between $157 and $214 extra in tuition next year, after the state College Board on Thursday took the first steps toward increasing annual tuition rates by between 3.5% and 5.1%, The Clarion-Ledger says today.
