I got mine made at a the cool My Trick Pony, in San Francisco's Castro neighborhood. It cost a bit under $40, including the shirt.

FYI - many employees at the mid-sized Gannett paper where I work are discussing this t-shirt. Seems to have really struck a chord with this group far away from the hallowed halls of corporate. Their response to Dubow's (and friends) shananigans reminds me of gypsies making a plan to storm the palace.
