Clark-Johnson wins William Ringle award
This week's News Watch says retiring newspaper division Chair Sue Clark-Johnson is the seventh recipient of the internal Gannett honor with the very long name: the William Ringle Outstanding Achievement Career Award. But the weekly newsletter doesn't identify Ringle, or explain the award named for him. Here's the backstory.

Please keep your posts focused on Gannett and media-related subjects. Note that I occasionally review comments in advance, to reject inappropriate ones. And I ignore hostile posters, and recommend you do, too."

Well done, Sue! The Montgomery Burns Award for Outstanding Achievement in the Field of Excellence must be next.
ReplyDeleteA big WHATEVER!!
ReplyDeleteCan't she just go?
Her way of "leading" and managing is what's causing the many many many many many many many many problems going on in the newspaper division.
How many days more do we have to hear about her? Please say it's almost over!!!!!!!!!!!
Any word on if it's going to be any better under Bob?
So far I see no difference :(
