Survey | Are you a mobile Gannett Blog reader?

Those of you on a smartphone or tablet will notice Gannett Blog is now displayed in a format for mobile devices. The type is bigger, and pages load much faster. With this change, I'm conducting an informal poll, near the top of the green sidebar, right. (For mobile readers, choose "view web version" at the bottom of this page.)

  6. Hey Jim, if you're looking to raise $$$ why not create an app for mobile devices and/or tablets and charge $1.99 per download?

    Just a suggestion......

  10. Love the new mobile format Jim. HUGE improvement for mobile readers. My only critique...it does look a bit like the new Gannett branding campaign (fonts, color scheme, etc.) GASP!!!!

Keep up the great work. This site has such significant value for employees and former employees.

  12. Tried to post via the mobile site and it didn't work -- the word verification wouldn't pop up. Other than that, looks great!!

Jim says: "Proceed with caution; this is a free-for-all comment zone. I try to correct or clarify incorrect information. But I can't catch everything. Please keep your posts focused on Gannett and media-related subjects. Note that I occasionally review comments in advance, to reject inappropriate ones. And I ignore hostile posters, and recommend you do, too."
