Calendar | Annual meeting scheduled for May 3
Gannett has set the annual shareholders' meeting for May 3 at 10 a.m. ET, Corporate just announced in a statement. That is in keeping with the company's long-standing schedule of spring meetings. Shareholders of record on March 4 will be notified of the meeting and will be eligible to vote. (Shareholder proxy reports, 1997-2010.)
