Skype.
The newly emerged
memo on reorganizing customer support for the
Gannett Production Centers (GPCs) references Skype addresses for newspapers to use in contacting the new traffic teams.
Sparky and I have Skyped quite a bit over the past year. Nothing has given me greater pleasure than to stick it to
AT&T, which has consistently given me awful service, despite my being a very big customer at times.
