    Just another in a series of shameless Ibiza blog promotions you think we don't see as just that. One day and then the day of publication, huh? You've been dropping in these tidbits daily. That's called marketing and makes your initial statements lies.

    By the way, did a Facebook e-mail go to everyone with a gmail account? I think not.

    3:51 pm: I'm sorry Gannett Blog doesn't meet your needs. I suggest you do the following: Start a Gannett website of your own, following my example. Spend more than a year building a blog from scratch. Get paid little or no money. Then experience what it's like to be bashed by anonymous posters like you.

    Would eveyone who is bashing Jim please just stay off the site. You sound like the ignorant sources I used to have to explain to them over and over why they couldn't pick and chose what went in the paper. Geez. It's Jim's site. It's great. It's informative. I like it, but I certainly don't like reading comments from all the know-it-alls who think they could do a better job.

    You tell 'em, Jimmy Boy! They have some damn nerve telling you not to do a little self-promotion after all you have done for so many of us. You are truly a life line sent to us as the Gannett ship continues to sink! Please pay no attention to the critics who would never have half the guts or chutzpah you do!!!

    Now I feel so ashamed! Not!! If I wanted to start a blog I sure don't need you to tell me to do so. I think it's a big waste of time but then I didn't use it as a springboard to use people's emotions to then shamelessly promote another blog.

    If you don't like to be bashed by anonymous posters like me:

    1. don't lie
    2. stay on topic
    3. don't shamelessly promote something else after saying you're only going to promote it twice
    4. make sure facts our out there and minimize the rumors
    5. don't use private information to send e-mails promoting your own crap
