  6. I agree. Most of the time these pool shots ahve someone perched on the diving board (and they aren't even divers) or siting on the edge.

    I feel as tho I am in the pool with him. Nice lighting too.

    Uh, yeah, there is an earnest bone. That's why I pointed out that this is an everyday, something for tomorrow's edition, nothing-special-yet-some-think-it's-great photo.

    I guess when people champion mediocrity like this, no wonder nobody reads the paper. Make a portrait that at least somebody will go, "hey, that's different; that's kinda cool." I'm not knocking the photographer, I'm knocking the photo.
