  1. I will vote NO on each and every director up for reelection.
Although it will have no significant effect.
I urge the large fund to do the same.

  2. So help me out here, biz folks - if I buy a single share (about all I can afford) before then, am I allowed to attend? Can I make a shareholder motion? Can I moon Craig Dubow? (Please, please, please?)

  3. 7:53 pm: I own a single share. But like me, it only entitles you to vote -- and to attend the meeting. I believe you have a shareholder's resolution in mind, which is a much more complicated animal.

And I suppose you could moon Dubow, but you won't be able to stay in the meeting very long after that.

  4. Yep, that's what I meant. Thanks - I appreciate it. My beat is about 180 degrees away from business. :)
