ReplyDeleteThere may well be some lazy types at the Courier Post who need the boot or a wake-up-call. I know that lazy type...but that doesn't excuse inept senior management from doing the right thing.
And the BOD ought to take their lead from the CEO of Aflac...and discuss executive compensation alternatives.
Pay based on achievement. Bonus based on meeting Plan.
Cut the crap and level the playing field. Employees want some, some level of fairness.
