Shares in the company fell nearly 1% by the close today, a slightly better showing than the overall market; the S&P-500 Index, a broad measure of the markets, fell a smidge more.
But consider this: In the past two weeks alone -- marked by an uninspired executive appointment, and a bruising revenue report -- Gannett shares have fallen 10%. The S&P: down 6%.

Have you heard that Gracia M. is out? That'd be two of the top 3 in a short time.
ReplyDeleteWith the stock price where it is right now, I am wondering why Gracia is still there. Certainly the board needs to throw out Dubow, (you know,the TV guy running the Paper company), but since we all decided that she runs the company, they might as well start with her first. I can't imagine shareholders won't start acting up demanding more.
