How much Gannett Kool-Aid does that 28% drink a day? These people must be management or the little suck-ups that "Yes" these managers to death all day. I Work at the Gannett paper in Westchester and all the smart and talented people left for the NY POST, NEWSDAY and magazines. Upper management is so bad that they hide all day, and news decisions are made by a clueless DME of Presentation and his even more clueless photo managers. In my entire career I have never seen anything like it. By the way, Cherry Hill, you are not alone on this overtime thing. New York State needs to watch the watchers and the 28%
ReplyDeleteGannett Blog: The perfect reflection of the company it covers. You get to be positive when there's something positive to say. Keep up the good work.

ReplyDeleteLet's be honest. When the stock was at $90 and benefits were competitive, we kept our heads down, held our noses, and worked despite private misgivings. Now that the stock is nudging $30, raises have tanked and co-pays have doubled, there is not as much motivation to behave like a model 'Toid should.
