Subject: Kinsey Wilson

Executive Editor Kinsey Wilson will be leaving USA TODAY to join National Public Radio as senior vice president and general manager of digital media. Kinsey has been a driving force and advocate for change throughout his years here, in both his initial role as editor-in-chief of USATODAY.com and in his current position as executive editor of all of our news operations. We're very sorry to lose his talents, but he's moving to an important and challenging new role with NPR. We'll have an opportunity to salute his career here and thank him for his great work at a reception in early October.

  1. I'm impressed by the fact that he didn't use "print side," "digital side," "broadcast side" or any other of those battle terms in this memo.
