Big Al | He may still be behind the wheel at 98

That's Al Neuharth, the retired CEO and USA Today founder.

  1. Hilarious. Al has a driver and a car that is paid for by Gannett. He also has household and administrative staff paid by Gannett.

  2. And I heard Gannett had to fire two pressman in Indy just to pay for it.

  3. That's why he's the Prince of Pumpkin Island.

Jim says: "Proceed with caution; this is a free-for-all comment zone. I try to correct or clarify incorrect information. But I can't catch everything. Please keep your posts focused on Gannett and media-related subjects. Note that I occasionally review comments in advance, to reject inappropriate ones. And I ignore hostile posters, and recommend you do, too."
