Barron's now offering free access to Martore story

The financial news weekly's "Remaking the news" profile of CEO Gracia Martore was available only to paid subscribers when it was first published online Saturday.

But the profile is now free for all. (I first mentioned it here.)

  1. The first thing I noticed when I pulled up this story is the fact she's pictured holding a printed newspaper. Why didn't someone tell her to pose with the USA Today website loaded on a tablet computer or smart phone?

    1. Wondered what she was holding... So that's what they looked like?

  2. Of course access is free. Who would pay for it?

Jim says: "Proceed with caution; this is a free-for-all comment zone. I try to correct or clarify incorrect information. But I can't catch everything. Please keep your posts focused on Gannett and media-related subjects. Note that I occasionally review comments in advance, to reject inappropriate ones. And I ignore hostile posters, and recommend you do, too."

Note: Only a member of this blog may post a comment.
