The financial news weekly's "Remaking the news" profile of CEO Gracia Martore was available only to paid subscribers when it was first published online Saturday.

The first thing I noticed when I pulled up this story is the fact she's pictured holding a printed newspaper. Why didn't someone tell her to pose with the USA Today website loaded on a tablet computer or smart phone?
