Disney redesigns website for 3rd time in five years
Disney's struggles online underscore how difficult it is for traditional media companies to compete in this arena. Challenges include the pool of available talent. If you are a prominent technology executive, or a creative young designer, you are more likely to join Google or found a start-up, not toil deep inside a media conglomerate.

Just think...in that same 3 year time period USAT has gone through four SVPs, three publishers, two editors, two CMOs, and countless VPs of marketing. I say Disney is way ahead of the game.
