USAT | Here's what Rudd Davis has been doing

USA Today observers recall Rudd Davis' abrupt departure in January as the paper's former business development director and travel group chief.

Now, he and colleague Ryan Denehy are running Swarm, a start-up that tracks in-store consumers using a retailer's free Wi-Fi to find the best prices. In exchange, FastCompany says in a new story, customers are given real-time coupons, discounts, promotions, and loyalty points via their web browser.

  5. I've sat in on two meetings recently where Ellwood has said absolutely nothing. Zero.

    Then again, if Hunke took the same approach we might not have thrown away the last 3 years.
