Page One | Freep's play of Michigan militia arrests

A tense standoff that ended with the arrest of a ninth member of a multistate Christian militia Monday night capped the end of a three-day raid that had federal and state authorities combing rural areas along the state line, the Detroit Free Press reports today.     But remember, these are designed almost exclusively for rack sales, so they've got to pack everything above the fold.
