When I was on furlough, I Twittered to relay info and connect with people. Our jobs are our life. Responsibility of staying connected relieved by management doesn't take away drive to be journalist by lifestyle and habit.
ReplyDeleteFurloughs do address payroll savings, but they hamstring progress and revenue processes.
Pay me now or pay me later.
It will take a while for people to recover from staff furloughs. When you are there, someone else is gone.
