ReplyDeleteWe currently have a manager from Binghamton in our Ithaca office selling retail advertising. I'm wondering if this is a sign of things to come too?

ReplyDeleteThey went to Binghamton and they dont even have an office after selling it, morons!
ReplyDeleteCould of gotten atleat 5 million for that building at this time last year, but they got 3.3 in the middle of the biggest real estate lapse in ages.
