- Size 135: Names of interesting tenants (the chattier, the better) living at the Newseum Residences in Washington, D.C. These luxury rental apartments are part of the $450 million Newseum complex opened last April by the private Freedom Forum charitable foundation. They rent for up to $6,510 a month for a two-bed, two-bath. With prices that high, do you think anyone gets really, really, really special discounts?
- E-mail and letters sent to me directly by any of the 25 or so Newseum employees who left the museum about news in a series of buyouts announced last month. Should your missives be of the bulky kind (i.e., large envelopes), please note my snail-mail address: Jim Hopkins, Gannett Blog, 584 Castro St., #823, San Francisco, CA 94114-2594.
Memo from the Law Department!
