What I'm doing right now

Nice hat. It goes well with the glasses!
ReplyDeleteAwe.Some.
ReplyDeleteHOMO!
ReplyDeleteYeah, so?
ReplyDeleteLove ya, Jim! You're someone I'd welcome at my dinner table, wish you were my neighbor. Cute, funny and smart, love to know you better. And this coming from a married hetero gal! You are friend to all.
ReplyDeleteJim, I think you are awesome too! I really admire how you have dedicated yourself to this blog. You are going to have your work cut out for you over the next few days.
ReplyDeleteGood luck to you and to all of us too!
Too cute.
ReplyDeleteAnyone who can entertain and inform at the same time has my vote.
Just compare what you're doing to how Gannett works. Readers have to click one place for entertainment, somewhere else for information. I hope the company takes a lesson from your success.
Jim,
ReplyDeleteThanks for making me feel a little bit better with the "Santa" video yesterday. Keep up the good work. This week we all we need you more than ever.
Peace
Thank you, all! That's the kind of encouragement that's going to keep me going the next couple of days. (And you're right: We're all in for some L-O-N-G days.)
ReplyDeleteDon't ya just love Walgreens??
ReplyDeleteYou look fantastic!! Here's some good news for those of us that have been laid off...
I get to spend more time with my family than ever before.
I get to actually enjoy the holidays for once.
My house has never been cleaner!
It's a really good excuse to not buy all that expensive stuff!!!
Hey Jimbo
ReplyDeleteToday Tuesday December 2 is a historic day for you and your blog! This is the mother-load-all-time high for comments!!
Thank you, Jim, for all you do, and for providing a bit of much-needed levity at such a depressing time. Cheers ...
ReplyDeleteYou're welcome!
ReplyDeleteJim,
ReplyDeleteWhat you are doing with this blog is fabulous! I know of no other group of employees who have this surreal experience of being in touch with everyone else who is simultaneously being "shafted". I'm hearing from people and places I only knew about because of that "Ganneteer" abomination!
The person who has not been acknowledged and thanked over these past few days is Sparky! Thank him for sharing you with us.
He has to be a gem of a partner.
Mine would have torn up the civil union certificate and headed out to see the lawyer weeks ago!
Thanks -- from Sparky, especially!
