  1. Please tell me that is Indiana milk, or better yet California milk. Those of us in Wisconsin can't imagine wasting our ambrosia in such a way....

  2. The photograph that was used on the front of the Indy Star was a postcard compared to the photo attributed to Matt Dial (the milk toast) showing Dixon pouring milk on himself. Not an issue about the milk bottle label, but which photo had the emotion/storytelling information. The action of the milk and Dixon's pouring it upon himself is the story.

  3. This was the photo that was on the cover of the Indy 500 special section that day. It was a full broadsheet photo. Many more people keep the special section that the front page, and that's where the emotional race photo always goes.
