Every day we see the sales force acting anything but forceful… more and more hours in the office or spent at home, running personal errands, doing personal business.
ReplyDeleteMy question: Would more effective /motivated sales staff actually make much of a difference?
Are low sales the product of an unmotivated staff and horrid leadership (CN/HNT for example) or an impossible mission -- selling newspaper ads in a recession/digital age?

poor management, low morale
and inflated ad rates
during a recession are to blame.
