Gannett shares surge 8%, closing near $28
The stock more than recovered the ground it lost yesterday: Shares closed today at $27.93, up $2.07, as newspaper stocks rose across the board after a first-quarter earnings report from E.W. Scripps.

ReplyDeleteScripps newspaper division revenues were down. Not a stellar showing.
Now, about those hookers in McClean, VA???
ok. . . if an editor takes over a paper and that paper's circulation falls by a half or two-thirds in that year, should the editor be rewarded? maybe give him/her a reward for driving things down? just don't get it. . .
