Program note: My blogging's going to be light
I'm working on a project that's taking longer than expected. I hope to be back to full speed in the next couple of days.

Good Jim. This blog is starting to get boring. Maybe you can come back with some fresh ideas while management continues to track how many people monitor and comment on these blogs while using gannett computers!!

ReplyDeleteAssuming it pans out, I should know more in a day or two.
ReplyDeleteIf any Board members were smart, they could be unconventional, bold, and dramatic, and ask former Gannett employees what they think about the current culture and direction.
ReplyDeleteIf current management wants to track down who I am, or poll the thoughts of others, have at it.
There are major issues way beyond the feelings of disgruntled or over-worked employees.
Cut out all the stock incentives would be one place to start...and put the bonus dollars based on overall year performance.
