I used free software on an OfficeMax website last month to turn CEO
Craig Dubow into a dancing Scrooge (
left) -- and retired CEO
Al Neuharth, retiring Newspaper Division President
Sue Clark-Johnson, retired CEO
Doug McCorkindale and
Dubow (whew!) into dancing elves. Now we know just how many people fooled around on the now-shuttered site.
Ad Age says "some 26.4 million people -- nearly one in 10 Americans -- this season visited the office-products company's holiday site that allows users to paste images of their faces onto dancing elves. That's up more than tenfold from last year."
