I'm interested to know what you and the Gannett public at large think of the recent and steady addition of the Pluck social technology to the websites.
ReplyDeleteI'm not so very impressed. Using off-the-shelf software doesn't strike me as being especially innovative -- even when it's modified software. Also, I wonder why Pluck got the contract. Who else was considered for what must be a very, very lucrative deal?
