ReplyDeleteJim - love the blog, but this one I don't get. Let's get back to discussing our inept management and the crisis going on at USAT. That situation includes complete mismanagement, confusion everywhere, massive channel conflict, wrong people in the wrong jobs, and ongoing erosion of the brand. All those make for much more interesting topics.
