Online and in print today, The Desert Sun published a slew of stories plus a slideshow in its coverage of yesterday's federal court ruling that California's ban on same-sex marriage is unconstitutional. The daily, a Gannett paper since 1986, covers Palm Springs, a Southern California city that's home to one of the nation's largest gay communities, many of them retirees. Here's the front page:

Do you suppose that headline is accurate? I'm not gay, but I certainly was celebrating this victory.
