So help me out here, biz folks - if I buy a single share (about all I can afford) before then, am I allowed to attend? Can I make a shareholder motion? Can I moon Craig Dubow? (Please, please, please?)

And I suppose you could moon Dubow, but you won't be able to stay in the meeting very long after that.

Yep, that's what I meant. Thanks - I appreciate it. My beat is about 180 degrees away from business. :)
