Editors of top dailies in second day of meetings

Senior news executives at Gannett's 31 largest newspapers -- the T-31s -- continue their planning sessions today at Corporate's headquarters in McLean, Va. On the agenda of the three-day meeting, we believe: passion topics, and how they will drive newsrooms forward, post-layoffs.

    Not sure what they are talking about, but lots of self important types sucking up in the crystal palace hallways. Unfortunately, this bunch look like they are out of the han solo alien bar scene in star wars.

    I can hardly wait to hear their latest schemes!

    A lot of these folks are just out for themselves. The newspaper, the employees, they mean nothing to them.
